The
Transgender Law Center is a groundbreaking civil rights organization
working throughout California to ensure that all of us are able
to fully and freely express our gender identities. Every day we
connect transgender people and their families to technically sound
and culturally competent legal services, increase acceptance and
enforcement of laws and policies that support California's transgender
communities, and work to change laws and systems that fail to
incorporate the needs and experiences of transgender people.
We
are seeking a non-profit office manager with initiative, drive,
and a passion for ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Operations Manager
is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions.
Candidates must be able to effectively handle a variety of tasks
and work independently, while also working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
The
Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising a administrative
staff and volunteers, as applicable; creating and managing office
systems, such as donor database, phone systems, and computer networks;
and providing administrative support to the Executive Director
and Legal Director.
